#### The 4% Commission

Upon the successful exit (sale) of a real estate project, 4% of the profit is distributed to leaders based on their team's contribution.

* Contribution: Measured by the total investment volume of the partner's team.

#### The 70% Rule (Anti-MLM)

To prevent pyramid-like structures, a partner's recognized contribution from their strongest leg (sub-team) is capped at 70%.

* Goal: Encourages partners to build balanced teams and remain personally active.
