In high-demand real estate deals, money alone isn't enough. MPS determines who gets to invest first.

#### The Formula

$$MPS = (NFT Base) + (Cumulative AP \times 0.1) + (Team Bonus) + (Consistency)$$

#### Time-Lock System

* Wave 1 (Top 10% MPS): Opens 48 hours early.
* Wave 2 (Top 30% MPS): Opens 24 hours early.
* Wave 3 (General): Public access (if allocation remains).

⚠️ **Critical: Time-Lock Mechanism**

High-yield real estate deals are often oversubscribed within minutes. Only Top 10% MPS holders (Gold Tier) are granted access during the First Wave (48h prior). If your MPS is low, the investment opportunity may be sold out before the public round opens.
